Number of Sites definition

Number of Sites means the number of different locations for a specified region of California that receive DTW fuel during a reporting period.

  • Number of Shares As of any date, the product of (i) the Number of Options, (ii) the Conversion Rate and (iii) the Applicable Percentage.

  • Maximum contaminant level (MCL) means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.
