Nuclear installation means (a) anything defined as a ‘Nuclear Installation’ in the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, the Paris Convention (Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy of 29th July 1960, as subsequently amended) or the Vienna Convention (Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage); (b) any vessel or means of transport incorporating a nuclear reactor; or (c) any other facility or site containing a nuclear reactor or storing or handling any nuclear fuel or waste. “Products” means those goods which Rotork is to supply in accordance with the Contract.
Nuclear installation means any installation or installations intended for the use of nuclear energy, the extraction, production, use, processing or storage of nuclear materials, and the management of radioactive waste in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1c;
