NTT Data definition

NTT Data means Personal Data provided by NTT to the Supplier pursuant to the Agreement or which is otherwise Processed by the Supplier pursuant to the Agreement; and
NTT Data refers to the NTT DATA Canada, Inc./NTT DATA BCU, Inc.;
NTT Data means NTT DATA Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its suppliers and licensors, or the NTT DATA Affiliate identified on your Solution Description or SOW and/or Order Form. Your purchase of the Cloud Solutions are solely for your internal business use and may not be resold.

More Definitions of NTT Data

NTT Data means, any data (a) provided or transmitted to Supplier or Supplier Personnel by or on behalf of NTT, (b) accessed, hosted or processed by Supplier or Supplier Personnel on behalf of NTT, or (c) created by Supplier or Supplier Personnel on behalf of NTT, in each case in connection with the provision of any Services. It shall include any data of NTT’s clients (as applicable) that is processed by Supplier in the course of performing the Services or is stored in or accessed through physical or virtual systems managed or controlled by Supplier as a result of the Goods or Services
NTT Data. SPAIN Pre-existing IP” means all technology and information, deliverables, methodologies, data, designs, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, user interfaces, templates, documentation, software, hardware, modules, development tools and other tangible or intangible technical material or information that NTT DATA SPAIN owns prior to the commencement of this Agreement or which it develops independent of any activities governed by this Agreement, and any derivatives, modifications or enhancements made to any such property.
NTT Data means the member of the NTT Ltd Group who receives products and/or services from the Vendor under the Vendor Agreement.
NTT Data has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
