Delivery reports • Final delivery and installation reports, including operation and maintenance training manuals • During the defects liability period, the tenderer shall attend to snags and provide defects liability reports and • the final completion report. All reports shall be submitted as follows: • Hard copy submissions: one original and two copies, all copies to be of the same quality as the original i.e. colour, visibility, page arrangement/ orientation, etc. • One electronic copy including operation manuals. The tenderer shall also be required to cooperate with host colleges to ensure that academic programs have the least disruption possible during the implementation. The tenderer where applicable shall submit samples of items to the contracting authority for approval before commencing the supply.
