NSF Fee means an Administrative Fee from time to time established by Council in respect of a demand for payment received by the City from a Person for payment of any Administrative Penalty or Administrative Fee, which has insufficient funds available in the account on which the instrument was drawn; and listed in Schedule “A”;

If you opt out of the Service, you will still be charged our NSF Fee for each item returned.
