NRC Licenses definition

NRC Licenses means Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 and Materials License No. 28-28098-01 on the basis of which the Sellers are authorized to owx, xxxxxxx and operate the Facility and Nuclear Materials prior to the Initial Closing Date, and on the basis of which the Buyer is authorized to own, possess and operate the Facility and Nuclear Materials after the Initial Closing Date.
NRC Licenses means those licenses listed on Schedule 4.14(b).
NRC Licenses means NRC Part 50 Operating Licenses for Zion Units 1 and 2, Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48, including embedded licenses for possession of Byproduct Material and Special Nuclear Material.

NRC Licenses means Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48, on the basis of which Seller is authorized to possess the Facilities and Nuclear Material prior to the Closing Date, including embedded licenses for possession of Byproduct Material and Special Nuclear Material, and on the basis of which Buyer will be authorized to possess the Zion Units and Nuclear Material after the Closing Date.
NRC Licenses means, together, operating licenses granted in NRC Docket No. 50-498 and Docket No. 50-499, with respect to STP Units 1 and 2, respectively, issued by the NRC to the STP Owners, as amended.
