NPA definition

NPA. Means the Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Trustee, the Class A Trustee, the Company, the Escrow Agent, the Escrow Paying Agent and the Subordination Agent, providing for, among other things, the purchase of Series B Equipment Notes by the Trustee on behalf of the Class B Trust, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in accordance with its terms.

NPA or the “Number Plan Area” also referred to as an “area code” refers to the three digit code which precedes the NXX in a dialing sequence and identifies the general calling area within the North American Numbering Plan scope to which a call is to be routed (i.e., NPA/NXX-XXXX).

NPA means Numbering Plan Area, referred to as an area code and the three digit indicator that is defined by the “A”, “B” and “C” digits of a 10-digit telephone number within the NANP.

Examples of NPA in a sentence

• When CONTRACTOR is a NPA, CONTRACTOR shall be provided with a LEA-developed/approved calendar prior to the initiation of services.

• When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.
