Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.
User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by
Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. MAWA = (ETo) (0.62) [(ETAF x LA) + ((1-ETAF) x SLA)]
Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:
Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.
Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing means amounts paid to
Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;
Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.
Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.
Construction Account means the account by that name established in the FGR Subordinated Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Second Resolution.
income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;
Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
Cost Allocation Plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Retirement system means a retirement plan or system that is established by or pursuant to title 38.
