Novo Mercado means the special listing segment of BM&FBOVESPA regulated by this Listing Regulation.
Novo Mercado means the special trading segment of the B3 referred to as the Novo Mercado.
Novo Mercado. Means the listing segment of BM&FBOVESPA - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“BM&FBOVESPA”) for the trading of shares issued by companies that voluntarily commit to the adoption of corporate governance practices and additional disclosure of information in relation to what is required by law.
