Examples of Notional Certificates in a sentence

  • Notional Certificates will not be entitled to distributions of principal.

  • Each Class of Non-Book Entry Certificates other than the Residual Certificates will be issued in definitive, fully registered form in the minimum denominations in Certificate Principal Amount specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto and in integral multiples of $1,000 (or $1,000,000, in the case of a Class of Notional Certificates) in excess thereof.

  • Each Class of LIBOR Certificates (other than the Underlying Interests), Grantor Trust Certificates, Notional Certificates and the Class AP-I, Class 3-AP and Class 4-AP Certificates will be issued in the minimum denominations in Certificate Principal Amount (or Notional Amount) specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
