Noticing Party definition

Noticing Party means a Party that noticed a Remote Deposition of a Witness pursuant to FTC Rule 3.33, 16 C.F.R. § 3.33.
Noticing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.3.1 (Material Communications).
Noticing Party means a party that noticed a Remote Deposition of a Witness pursuant to Rule 3.33 of the Part 3 Rules of Practice for Adjudicative Proceedings (the “Part 3 Rules of Practice”).

  • If requested by the Corporation, any supplemental information required under this paragraph shall be provided by a Noticing Party within ten (10) days after it has been requested by the Corporation.

  • If a Noticing Party fails to provide such written verification or affirmation within such period, the information as to which written verification or affirmation was requested may be deemed not to have been provided in accordance with this Section 1.16.

  • If requested by the corporation, any supplemental information required under this paragraph shall be provided by a Noticing Party within ten (10) days after it has been requested by the corporation.

  • If a Noticing Party fails to provide such written update within such period, the information as to which such written update relates may be deemed not to have been provided in accordance with this Section 1.16.


More Definitions of Noticing Party

Noticing Party means a party to this Agreement who gives an Auction Notice to the other party to this Agreement.
