Noticing Agent definition

Noticing Agent means Stretto. Stretto is the trade name of Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Noticing Agent means Omni Agent Solutions, the noticing, balloting and administrative agent employed by the Debtors by Order entered June 16, 2020 (ECF No. 297).
