Notices to Parties. Any notice or instructions required under any of the provisions of this Trust Agreement shall be deemed effectively given only if such notice is in writing and is delivered personally or by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid, and shall be effective when actually delivered or, if mailed, when deposited.
