Examples of Notice to Proceed in a sentence
The Work will commence not later than ten (10) days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and, subject to authorized adjustments, Substantial Completion will be achieved not later than calendar days from date the Notice to Proceed is issued.
No payment shall be made for work performed prior to the date upon which the last required signature is affixed to this Contract or the date of the Consultant's receipt of a Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs later.
