Notice to correct definition

Notice to correct means a report issued pursuant to RSA 151:6-a, II, following a life safety code inspection when a facility is found to be out of compliance with applicable life safety rules or codes.
Notice to correct means a notice to correct a default, given in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Notice to correct in a sentence

  • A written reprimand or "Notice to Correct Deficiencies" may be sealed upon the written request of an affected employee if he/she has not been involved in any subsequent incidents that resulted in written corrective counseling or other management action for a period of four (4) years from the date the most recent notice was issued or management action taken.

  • Appropriate actions may include issuance of a non-administrative action, including a Notice to Correct or Attention Letter; or an administrative action, including (a) Letter of Concern, (b) Suspension, (c) Termination of the Contractor or the specific Crew; or such other remedy as permitted by applicable law, equity, or the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
