Notice Parties definition

Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.
Notice Parties means each Participating Manufacturer, each Settling State, the Escrow Agent, the Independent Auditor and NAAG.

Notice Parties means the parties identified in Section 1.1(a), and any successor or additional party as a Notice Party may from time to time designate, as parties entitled to receive written notices under this Lease.
