Notice of Variation means a written notice of the proposal to vary the Framework Agreement

Notice of Variation means the notice given by the buyer to the supplier setting out any changes which the buyer requires to the contract;

More Definitions of Notice of Variation

Notice of Variation means a notification which We may send to You confirming changes to the terms and conditions of Your Agreement in accordance with Condition 13 in Section A;
