Notice of Termination for Convenience definition

Notice of Termination for Convenience means a notice delivered by one party to the other when the notifying party wishes to terminate this Agreement for its convenience.

Notice of Termination for Convenience means written notice issued by TxDOT to DB Contractor terminating the Maintenance Services of DB Contractor for convenience under Section 7.7.1.

Notice of Termination for Convenience means written notice from Owner to Contractor of its decision to terminate Contractor’s performance of Work for the Project specifying the extent of termination and the effective date.
