Notice of Project definition

Notice of Project means a form to be submitted to the Ministry of Labour by the project constructor before starting a project costing $50,000 or more.
Notice of Project means a notice required to be posted by Provincial health and safety legislation at the commencement of Work.

  • Notice of Sale The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.16.
