Notice of Lease definition

Notice of Lease means the Notice of Lease in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit I.

Notice of Lease means a statutory notice of lease under Section 47-19 of the Connecticut General Statutes.

Notice of Lease is defined in Section 16(a).

• Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to execute herewith, in triplicate, a Notice of Lease in recordable form with respect to this Lease, which shall be recorded forthwith with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, and agree to execute, upon termination of this Lease for whatever cause, a Notice of Termination of Lease in recordable form for recording with said Registry of Deeds.

Notice of Lease. (herein so called) dated on or about the Effective Date by and between Landlord and Tenant with respect to the Current Lease is being filed in the applicable Official Public Records of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Plaquemines Parish, Lafourche Parish, and Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, contemporaneously with the recording of this Agreement.

Under the terms of the Head-Lease and the Sub-Lease the Lessee has no operational responsibility for the Rig." The Sub-Lessee undertakes not to remove or cover up that notice.

Notice of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(xv).

The Lessee undertakes that it shall not place or permit to be placed in or on the Vessel any other notice dealing with the rights of any person without the prior written consent of the Lessor.

Notice of Lease means a short form notice of lease, or declaration or similar document suitable to protecting Landlord’s and Tenant’s interest hereunder.

Notice of Lease means a notice complying with Massachusetts law, including without limitation M.G.L. ch. 183, § 4, and reasonably satisfactory to Lessee’s attorneys.
