Notice of Intention to Appear definition

Notice of Intention to Appear means the document that any Class Member must file with the Court if the Class Member has an Objection to the Agreement or any of the terms of the Settlement or court filings contemplated herein, and wishes to appear at the hearing on the Final Judgment and Order.
