Notice of Exemption definition

Notice of Exemption means a notice of exemption as described in Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Section 15277.

Notice of Exemption has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(j). “Notifying Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 14.3(a).
