Examples of Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation in a sentence
To avoid the barring and extinguishment of any Restructuring Claim you may have against the Respondents or any of the Directors or Officers, you are required to file a Proof of Claim, in the form enclosed herewith, and ensure that it is received by the Monitor by the later of: (a) the Claims Bar Date, and (b) 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on the day which is twenty (20) days after the date of the Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation sent to you (the “Restructuring Claims Bar Date”).
Any Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation delivered to a Person after the Claims Process Initiation Date shall be accompanied by a Claims Package.
To avoid the barring of any Restructuring Claim you may have against either of the Petitioners and/or any of their Directors and/or Officers, you are required to file a Proof of Claim, in the form enclosed herewith, and ensure that it is received by the Monitor by the later of: (a) the Claims Bar Date, and (b) 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on the day which is ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation that was sent to you (the "Restructuring Claims Bar Date").

If the new entity secures capital investment, the costs of this money also need to be taken into account.
Counter-party to any contract or agreement with Petitioner Parties in respect of which a Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation has been issued 3 business days following issuance of Claims Process Order (tentatively, November 3, 2014)3.
Any Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation delivered to a Person after the date of this Order by the Monitor shall be accompanied by a Claims Package.

The Restructuring Claims Bar Date is the later of: (a) the Claims Bar Date; and (b) 4:00 p.m. on the day that is fifteen calendar days after the date that an applicable Notice of Disclaimer or Resiliation is sent to a Creditor, or such other date as may be ordered by the Court.
