Notice of Deficiency definition

Notice of Deficiency or “NOD” means a written document which identifies deficiencies in a Notice of Intent.
Notice of Deficiency means that document that the Claims Administrator sends to any Settlement Class Member whose Claim Package or Derivative Claim Package contains a Deficiency, as set forth in Section 8.5.
Notice of Deficiency. (NOD) means a certified letter from the Department to an applicant for any permit or other authorization indicating those items which were not completed or were inadequate in the original application or in subsequent submittals and requesting the submission of the required information.
