Notice of Continuation/Conversion definition

Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrower to continue an existing Eurodollar Loan to a new Interest Period or to convert a Eurodollar Loan to a Base Rate Loan or a Base Rate Loan to a Eurodollar Loan, in the form of Exhibit 2.3.

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrower for the continuation or conversion of a Loan in the form of Exhibit 2.2(c).

• The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance of a Borrowing to the Administrative Agent by telephone or facsimile (which notice shall be irrevocable once given and, if by telephone, shall be promptly confirmed in writing), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (each, a "Notice of Borrowing") or Exhibit C (a "Notice of Continuation/Conversion"), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

• The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance, continuation or conversion of a Borrowing to the Administrative Agent by email (with a pdf copy of the applicable fully‑executed notice) (which notice shall be irrevocable once given), in such form acceptable to the Administrative Agent (for the initial Borrowing) or substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (Notice of Continuation/Conversion), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by a Borrower for the continuation or conversion of a Loan in the form of Exhibit 2.2(c).
