The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance of a Borrowing to the Administrative Agent by telephone or facsimile (which notice shall be irrevocable once given and, if by telephone, shall be promptly confirmed in writing), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (each, a "Notice of Borrowing") or Exhibit C (a "Notice of Continuation/Conversion"), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance, continuation or conversion of a Borrowing of Loans to the Administrative Agent by telephone or telecopy (which notice shall be irrevocable once given and, if by telephone, shall be promptly confirmed in writing), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (Notice of Borrowing) or Exhibit C (Notice of Continuation/Conversion), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Each Notice of Borrowing and each Notice of Continuation/Conversion delivered by the Borrower shall be irrevocable and binding on the Borrower.
The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance, continuation or conversion of a Borrowing to the Administrative Agent by email (with a pdf copy of the applicable fully‑executed notice) (which notice shall be irrevocable once given), in such form acceptable to the Administrative Agent (for the initial Borrowing) or substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (Notice of Continuation/Conversion), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
