Notice of Availability definition

Notice of Availability means formal notification by the authorized officer to: appropriate Federal, State, and local government agencies; to the sur- face and mineral owners; and to the public in accordance with 43 CFR 3481.2.
Notice of Availability. Means a written notice served by the Contractor upon the Council stating that a property is available for and fit for letting or re-letting upon a specified date.
