Notice of Arrival definition

Notice of Arrival document issued by the Vessel's Captain when the Vessel at anchor is ready to dock (see template in Appendix 2).
Notice of Arrival or “NOA” means a notice given, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule C, by the LNG Ship, as defined in Sub-Clause 7.1.1.
Notice of Arrival means the online notification generated upon the completion of the berthing application located at the Port Operator Website at https://www.ntportandmarine.com/capability/berthage/.

  • Pursuant to section 5.1.4 of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by WSMC, vessels that do not submit an Advanced Notice of Arrival (ANOA) Form to the US Coast Guard, must send notice of a vessel’s transit into and out of (or presence in) the WSMC Area of Coverage, in writing, to WSMC for each call or transit in the WSMC Area of Coverage by an individual vessel (or barge or vessel transit that is internal to the WSMC Area of Coverage).

More Definitions of Notice of Arrival

Notice of Arrival means a Notice of Arrival in such form as is specified by the Port Operator from time to time either by notice to the User or on the Port Operator Website.

Dispatch Notices include: (a) Day-Ahead Schedules and Real-Time Dispatches where the RMR Unit or Units are flagged as RMR Dispatches as a result of the Market-Power Mitigation and Reliability Requirements Determination processes pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, (b) Manual RMR Dispatch Notices, (c) notices deemed to have been given by CAISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the CAISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the CAISO, and (d) Test Dispatch Notices given by CAISO under Section 4.9 other than Test Dispatch Notices issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.

  • Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.

  • Notice of Meeting means the Notice of Special Meeting which accompanies this Information Circular;

  • Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
