Examples of Notice of Acceleration in a sentence
Any such notice from the Trustee or Holders shall specify the applicable Event(s) of Default and state that such notice is a “Notice of Acceleration.” Upon such declaration of acceleration pursuant to a Notice of Acceleration, the aggregate principal of and accrued and unpaid interest, if any, on the outstanding Notes shall become due and payable without further action or notice.
If and so long as a Notice of Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee shall exercise the rights and powers vested in it by this Agreement, and shall not be liable with respect to any action taken by it, or omitted to be taken by it, in accordance with the direction of the Required Secured Parties or directions given to the Trustee pursuant to Section 5.06(b).
The Company shall have the right, at any time after the occurrence of a Call Event, to accelerate the Exercise Period by sending to the Holder, at the Holder's address written above, a Notice of Acceleration in substantially the form attached as Appendix I hereto (the "Notice").
So long as such Notice of Acceleration is in effect, the Trustee shall exercise the rights and remedies provided in this Article.
The Trustee is not empowered to exercise any remedy hereunder unless a Notice of Acceleration is in effect.
