Notice Mailing Date definition

Notice Mailing Date means the date that the Settlement Administrator mails the Class Notice to Class Members, and shall occur no later than forty-five (45) days after the Court enters the Preliminary Approval Order, or such other date ordered by the Court.
Notice Mailing Date means the date on which the Notice Form is originally mailed.
Notice Mailing Date shall be a date no later than sixty (60) days after the Notice Approval Date, when the Notice is mailed to the individuals on the Notice List.
