Notice Contact Information definition

Notice Contact Information means the contact information, including, without limitation, postal address, email address, fax number, or telephone number, provided by the Depositor to, and accepted by, the Financial Institution, through which the Financial Institution gives written notice to the Depositor in accordance with the Account Contract.

When the Primary Depositor dies, once the Financial Institution is notified of the death, the next Depositor named on the Personal Contract Application will become the Primary Depositor. “Remote Instructions” means instructions given to the Financial Institution with respect to the operation of the Account from a remote location using a computer, portable hand- held device, telephone, mobile telephone, fax, via the Financial Institution’s online banking system, email, text message transmission, or other remote communication acceptable to the Financial I...
