Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.
Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.
Decision and Order means the:
Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.
Environmental Notice means any written directive, notice of violation or infraction, or notice respecting any Environmental Claim relating to actual or alleged non-compliance with any Environmental Law or any term or condition of any Environmental Permit.
Bond Order or "Order" means this Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.
Submitted Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.
Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Due Diligence Request means the due diligence request letter from Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Purchaser, dated March 6, 2024.
Restriction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(f) hereof.
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Environmental Judgments and Orders means all judgments, decrees or orders arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirements, whether or not entered upon consent or written agreements with an Environmental Authority or other entity arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement, whether or not incorporated in a judgment, decree or order.
Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated May 14, 2020, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Borrower shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Substantial and Compelling Reason in the Public Interest means a reason that is justified by an important, specific, and articulated public interest goal that is within ICANN's mission and consistent with a balanced application of ICANN's core values as defined in ICANN's Bylaws.
Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
