A Note shall be dated the date of its authentication unless otherwise provided by a Notes Supplemental Indenture for a particular Series of Notes.
Unless otherwise provided by a Notes Supplemental Indenture for a particular Series of Notes, the Issuer may reserve the right to redeem and pay the Series of Notes or may covenant to redeem and pay the Series of Notes or any part thereof prior to the Stated Maturity thereof at such time and on such terms as provided for in such Notes.
