Notes Register and “Notes Registrar”: The respective meanings specified in Section 2.5(a) hereof.

Notes Register means the register maintained by the Note Registrar with respect to the Notes pursuant to Section 2.5.

Notes Register means the register maintained by the Issuer, which includes a list of the names and addresses of each Holder, as well as the Outstanding Principal Amount and interest amount owing to such Holder from time to time. • If a Default or Event of Default occurs and is continuing and if a Trust Officer has actual knowledge thereof, the Trustee shall send electronically or by first class mail to each Holder at the address set forth in the Notes Register notice of the Default or Event of Default within 60 days after it is actually known to a Trust Officer.

Notes Register shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 2.4 (Notes Registrar and Paying Agent) of this Indenture.
