Notes Obligations definition

Notes Obligations means Obligations in respect of the Notes, this Indenture and the Guarantees.
Notes Obligations means obligations in respect of the Offered Securities, this Indenture and the Guarantees and the Security Documents (including interest, fees, and expenses accruing on or after the filing of any petition in bankruptcy or for reorganization relating to the Issuers or any Notes Guarantor, whether or not constituting an allowed claim in such proceedings).

  • The “Pro-Rata Share” of a Second Lien Noteholder shall be determined based on the amount of Second Lien Notes Obligations owing to such Second Lien Noteholder as at a record date to be determined, divided by the aggregate amount of Second Lien Notes Obligations owing to all Second Lien Noteholders as at such record date.

Notes Obligations means all Obligations of the Issuer, the Co-Issuer and the Guarantors under the Notes, this Indenture and the Collateral Documents.

Notes Obligations means Obligations in respect of the Notes and this Indenture, including, for the avoidance of doubt, Obligations in respect of exchange notes and guarantees thereof (including all interest, fees, expenses and other amounts accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar case or proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such case or proceeding).
Notes Obligations means, collectively, Obligations in respect of (i) the Existing Notes Indebtedness, and (ii) Interim Notes Indebtedness.
