Notes Guarantors definition

Notes Guarantors has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph.
Notes Guarantors means the collective reference to Xxxxxxxx Holdings, LLC, Toys Acquisition, LLC, TRU of Puerto Rico, Inc., TRU-SVC, LLC, Xxxxxxxx, LLC, Xxxxxxxx International, LLC and any other Person who becomes a guarantor under the Indenture.
Notes Guarantors means each Domestic Restricted Subsidiary on the Issue Date and any other Person that becomes a Guarantor of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture and the Notes pursuant to Section 1206 or who executes and delivers a supplemental indenture to this Indenture providing for a Notes Guarantee.

Examples of Notes Guarantors in a sentence

  • If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 9 by reason of the default of one or more Underwriters, the Company and the Notes Guarantors shall not be obligated to reimburse any defaulting Underwriter on account of those expenses.
