Notes Collateral definition

Notes Collateral means any and all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Notes Obligations.
Notes Collateral means all property subject or purported to be subject, from time to time, to a lien under the Security Documents.

Notes Collateral means all property subject, or purported to be subject from time to time, to a Lien under any Security Documents.
