Notes Amendments definition

Notes Amendments means the amendments to the Notes Indenture contemplated by the Notes Amendments Term Sheet and the Baskets Table and necessary or incidental thereto as agreed between the Company and the Majority Consenting Noteholders.
Notes Amendments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(a).
Notes Amendments means, collectively, (a) Amendment to 12% Senior Secured Notes, dated March , 2002, executed by the Company and Holdings, and (b) Amendment to 12% Senior Secured Notes, dated February 10, 2003, executed by the Company and Holdings.

Examples of Notes Amendments in a sentence

  • The time at which the second supplemental indenture in respect of the Notes Amendments becomes effective (the “Effective Time”).

  • Interconditional: All Notes Amendments will be conditional on receipt of the consent threshold to extend the maturity of the Notes to the Extended Maturity Date.

  • Interim New Super Senior Notes: General corporate purposes and fees and expenses in connection with the implementation of the Notes Amendments and the placement of the Interim New Super Senior Notes.

  • Incremental Facility Agreement means an Incremental Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent and the Borrower, among the Borrower, the Agent and one or more Incremental Lenders, establishing Incremental Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.18.
