Notebook or Tablet Computer definition

Notebook or Tablet Computer means a personal computer designed for personal and portable use only and designed principally for use as a computer. In case of any ambiguity as between a Tablet Computer and smart phone , the Company reserves the right to make the final decision and shall make such decision by reference to the manufacturer’s specification, the marketing materials for the product and all other matters relevant to the principal use for which the product has been designed.
