Note Purchase Agreements definition

Note Purchase Agreements means (i) that certain Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 16, 2014 among the Parent, the Borrower, and the purchasers party thereto, (ii) that certain Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 18, 2014 among the Parent, the Borrower, and the purchasers party thereto, and (iii) that certain Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 13, 2018, among the Parent, the Borrower, and the purchasers party thereto, in each case as amended from time to time.

Note Purchase Agreements means all such agreements.

Note Purchase Agreements means the 2012 Note Purchase Agreement and the 2015 Note Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Note Purchase Agreements

Note Purchase Agreements means the several Note Purchase Agreements, dated as of July 21, 2006, by and between the Grantor and the respective Buyer party thereto pursuant to which the Grantor issued the Notes, including, without limitation, the Additional Note Purchase Agreement.

Note Purchase Agreements means the Class A Note Purchase Agreement, the Class M Note Purchase Agreement, the Class B Note Purchase Agreement and the Class C Note Purchase Agreement.
