Examples of Note Owner in a sentence
A Noteholder (if the Notes are represented by Definitive Notes) or a Note Owner (if the Notes are represented by Book-Entry Notes) may communicate with the Indenture Trustee and give notices and make requests and demands and give directions to the Indenture Trustee through the procedures of the Clearing Agency and by notice to the Indenture Trustee.
Prior to obtaining access to the Indenture Trustee’s website, the Indenture Trustee may require each Series 2024-1 Note Owner to register with the Indenture Trustee using an electronic form available on the website.
In the case of a Note Owner, each demand and vote must be accompanied by a written certification stating that the Person is a beneficial owner of a Note, together with at least one form of documentation such as a trade confirmation, account statement, a letter from a broker or dealer verifying ownership or another similar document evidencing ownership of a Note, upon which the Indenture Trustee may conclusively rely.
If the Indenture Trustee receives a Repurchase Request from a Noteholder or Note Owner and World Omni does not repurchase the Receivable related to such Repurchase Request within 180 days of the receipt of such Repurchase Request, the Indenture Trustee shall, at the direction of the Administrator, deliver a notice to the related Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that the repurchase request is unresolved.
The Book-Entry Notes shall be registered initially on the Note Register in the name of Cede & Co., the nominee of the initial Clearing Agency, and no Note Owner will receive a definitive Note representing such Note Owner’s interest in such Note, except as provided in Section 2.13.
