Note Guarantees definition

Note Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Initial Notes and any Additional Notes.
Note Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Subsidiary Guarantors pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, and “Note Guarantee” means any of them.
Note Guarantees means any guarantee of the obligations of the Issuers under this Indenture and the Notes by any Restricted Subsidiary in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action involving the Issuer arising out of or based upon this Indenture, the Notes or the Note Guarantees may be instituted by any Holder or the Trustee in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Note Guarantees shall be evidenced by the execution and delivery of this Indenture or a supplement to this Indenture and no notation of any Note Guarantee need be endorsed on any Note.

  • The Note Guarantees will be subject to release and discharge pursuant to Section 13.04 prior to payment in full of the Notes.

Note Guarantees means the guarantees by each Guarantor of the Company’s Obligations under this Indenture and the Notes, as set forth in this Indenture.
