Note Fund definition

Note Fund means the fund created in Section 3 of this Resolution.

Note Fund means the Note Fund established by Section 6.

Note Fund means the Fund by that name created and established by Section 4.1 hereof.

Examples of Note Fund in a sentence

• All moneys deposited in the 2020 Note Fund and held by the Trustee for the redemption of particular Notes shall be held in trust for the account of the Holders thereof and shall be paid to them, respectively, upon presentation and surrender of those Notes.

• Such supplement shall include provisions for the separation of the 2020 Note Fund and the accounts therein into separate accounts and subaccounts for the Series 2020 Notes and each series of Additional Obligations.

• Any investments of moneys held to the credit of the 2020 Project Fund or the 2020 Note Fund shall mature, be redeemable at the option of the owner or holder, or, in the case of repurchase agreement or similar contract, be available thereunder, not later than the respective dates when the money held to the credit of those Funds and Accounts will be required for the purpose intended.

• The TIF Revenues allocated to the payment of the 2023 A TIF Note shall be deposited into the 2023 A TIF Note Fund.

More Definitions of Note Fund

Note Fund means the fund required to be established by Section 4 of this Resolution.

Note Fund means the Authority’s Non-Revolving Line of Credit Revenue Note Fund, 2019 (Kendall Ridge Apartments), created by this resolution for the purpose of paying principal of and interest on the Note.

Note Fund means the Note Fund created in Section I-14 hereof.

Note Fund means the Authority’s Non-Revolving Line of Credit Revenue Note Fund, 2022 (Huntington Park Apartments), created by this resolution for the purpose of paying principal of and interest on the Notes.

Note Fund means a fund by that name established and held by the Issuing and Paying Agent pursuant to the provisions of the Issuing and Paying Agent Agreement entered into

Note Fund means the fund created in Section 502 of the Indenture.

Note Fund means the Limited Tax General Obligation Bond Anticipation Note Fund, 2022, of the City created for the payment of the principal of and interest on the Note.
