Note Business Day definition

Note Business Day means a Business Day (as defined in the Indenture) which is also a Scheduled Trading Day.
Note Business Day. (Día Hábil) means any TARGET2 Settlement Day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business in Madrid (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits);
Note Business Day means any TARGET2 Settlement Day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) other than a Saturday or Sunday in Madrid.

  • For purposes of this Note, "Business Day" shall mean any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which commercial banks in the State of Texas are authorized or required by law or executive order to remain closed.

  • Hong Kong Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks in Hong Kong are open for normal business, provided that where as a result of a number 8 typhoon signal, black rainstorm warning or other similar event, the period during which banks in Hong Kong are open on any day is reduced, such day shall not be a Hong Kong Business Day unless the Manager and the Depositary determine otherwise or such other day or days as the Manager and the Depositary may determine.

  • Currency Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre of the Relevant Currency or, in the case of euros, a city in which banks in general have access to the TARGET2 System.
