Note A Holders definition

Note A Holders means the Noteholder(s) of A Notes.

Note A Holders means the Note A-1 Holder, the Note A-2 Holder, the Note A-3 Holder, the Note A-4 Holder, the Note A-5 Holder and the Note A-6 Holder.

Note A Holders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

Examples of Note A Holders in a sentence

• Each time a candidate sits for the examination he must take the examination for all parts for which he has not received credit.

• The foregoing provisions of this Section 4(b) shall not limit or modify the rights of the Controlling Noteholder, the Controlling Noteholder Representative, the Consulting Parties or the Decision-Eligible Note A Holders to exercise their respective rights specifically set forth under this Agreement, including those set forth in Section 5.

• Each Decision-Eligible Note A Holder who delivers to the Lead Special Servicer an affirmative approval of or objection to a Majority Decision shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the other Decision-Eligible Note A Holders of such approval or objection but a failure to provide such notice shall not limit the effectiveness of the approval (or deemed approval) or objection delivered by such Decision-Eligible Note A Holder to the Lead Special Servicer.

More Definitions of Note A Holders

Note A Holders. The Note A Holders and the Note B Holder are referred to in this Agreement each, as a “Noteholder” and collectively, as the “Noteholders”.
