Note 5. EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY WELFARE (Refer to Clause 57 – Employee and Family Welfare) From 1 March 2024 a payment of $0.95 shall be paid per week per employee for Employees and their immediate Families benefit. This payment is fixed and payable for the life of this Agreement. The payment listed above forms part of Clause 4.4 of this Agreement. This additional compensation shall be non-pensionable as it is a daily time sheet bonus entry. Note 5. The Project is taken to commence when, after the Agreement is signed, planning approval is sought, a contract for the work is signed or any work that is required to undertake the Project, is commenced.

One other individual in the same classification may receive the same bonus when assigned by the Department as the backup Duty Officer. At no time shall more than two persons be assigned to receive this bonus as Duty Officer. Note 7: Two persons employed in the class of Benefits Specialist, Code 1203, when regularly assigned as the supervisor of the LACERS Member Information Support Service Center (MISSC) or the Member Processing Unit (MPU) shall receive a biweekly bonus of $125.00.
