Not in violation means that it is more likely than not that a Respondent did not commit one or more acts of sexual misconduct.
Not in violation means that the student or student organization has not been found responsible for a violation of the Code.
Not in violation means the Hearing Officer’s finding that the Respondent did not violate the statute, code, ordinance or resolution cited in the Complaint.
