Northeast Corridor. ’ means Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Penn- sylvania, and Rhode Island.

  • MENT.—Within 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Northeast Corridor Infrastructure and Operations Advisory Commission shall transmit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Com- mittee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the role of Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor service between Washington, District of Columbia, and New York, New York, in the economic development of the Northeast Corridor region.
