North American Numbering Plan Administrator means a North American organization responsible for neutrally administering numbering resources in a Maine numbering plan area.[PL 2023, c. 144, §1 (NEW).]
North American Numbering Plan Administrator or “NANPA” means the entity selected by the FCC to provide assistance to regulatory authorities to ensure that numbering resources are used in the best interests of all participants in the North American Numbering Plan.
