  • North American Numbering Plan or "NANP" means the basic numbering plan for the Telecommunications networks located in the United States as well as Canada, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Xxxxxxxx Islands and certain Caribbean Islands.
