Normal Building Operating Hours definition

Normal Building Operating Hours shall be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday, exclusive of Sundays and "holidays." "Holidays" shall refer, without limitation, to New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays as may be designated by Landlord. If the holiday occurs on Saturday or Sunday, the Friday preceding or the Monday following may, at Landlord's discretion, be observed as a holiday.
Normal Building Operating Hours shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, exclusive of holidays.
Normal Building Operating Hours shall be as defined in Item 13 of the Basic Lease Provisions, excluding Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or other bank or legal holidays.

Examples of Normal Building Operating Hours in a sentence

  • During periods other than Normal Building Operating Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, but such access shall also be subject to the Rules and Regulations.

  • During Normal Building Operating Hours, the Building shall, subject to the provisions of Section 5.2, be open and access to the Premises shall be freely available, subject to the Rules and Regulations.

  • Landlord may require that all demolition and other categories of work that may inconvenience other tenants or disturb Building operations be scheduled and performed before or after Normal Building Operating Hours (at times determined by Landlord), and Tenant shall provide the Building manager with at least two Business Days’ notice prior to proceeding with any such work.

  • Outside of Normal Building Operating Hours, Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Building all persons connected with or calling upon Tenant who do not present a pass to the Building signed by Tenant.

  • Landlord shall furnish heat, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) to the Premises sufficient to maintain the Premises at comfortable temperatures for general office use, subject to all federal, state and municipal regulations, during Normal Building Operating Hours (as defined in the Rules and Regulations).

  • Any day (other than a Saturday) on which Normal Building Operating Hours shall occur shall be a "Business Day".

  • Landlord shall provide tempered water for the operation of the heat pumps in the Premises sufficient to maintain the Premises at comfortable temperatures for general office use, subject to all federal, state and municipal regulations, during Normal Building Operating Hours (as defined in the Rules and Regulations) and subject to compliance by Tenant with the following and the provisions of Section 6.2.4 (reserving the right, at any time, to change energy or heat sources).

  • As of the Date of this Lease, access to the Building outside of Normal Building Operating Hours is by means of an electronic access control system.


More Definitions of Normal Building Operating Hours

Normal Building Operating Hours shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, exclusive of Sundays and "holidays". Service on Sundays, building holidays and outside of Normal Building Operating Hours shall be provided only upon Tenant's request and agreement in advance to bear the cost of operations attributable to such additional services, not to exceed Landlord's actual cost plus a reasonable repair/depreciation charge. "Holidays" shall refer to New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays commonly observed by a majority of the tenants of the Building. If the holiday occurs on Saturday or Sunday, the Friday preceding or the Monday following may, at Landlord's discretion, be observed as a holiday.

Related to Normal Building Operating Hours

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
